Origin
The family Redeker originates in The Netherlands for our lineage. We have also found a significant amount of Redeker family trees in Germany but have not yet established a direct connection.
Beginning
The first mention of the name Redeker in our lineage is of a Frans Casper Redeker who was born before 1710 and died on April 17, 1770 in the city of Velsen of the province Noord-Holland in the country of The Netherlands. He was married in Velsen on December 26, 1728 to Klaartje Jacoba Lens who died on April 10, 1770. They had two children Katharina and Jan.
The family tree of the Redeker lineage in our database starts with Frans Casper Redeker and I can trace myself directly back to him from my grandfather Cornelis Jacobus Redeker.
